Center for Maritime Competency Training
Intership Navigation Training Center is a non-stock non-profit organization established in February 25, 1999 and registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with registration number A199902384. Its humble beginning started with just one classroom within the compound of Don Bosco in Tondo, Manila dedicated to address the training needs of the Hartmann group for their Filipino seafarers. Now, ISNTC has grown to be one of the best maritime training centers in the Philippines catering not only to Filipino Hartmann crew but to other manning agencies and shipping companies as well.
ISNTC is proud to be the first and only training center in the Philippines with real ship's crane and the first training center with two Full Mission bridges equipped with Raytheon Anschütz and Chartworld ECDIS Integrated Bridge System and one virtual bridge. ISNTC also implements a structured online training program in partnership with Hartmann e-Learning.
Training at ISNTC focuses more on the practical exercise rather than the conventional approach. With the state of the art training facility and instructors with up to date industry knowledge and expertise, ISNTC provides realistic training that will help trainees to have better judgment, preparedness, awareness, and good decision making during critical ship operation.
