This year’s graduation speaker was 2/E Wilfredo Gicaraya Jr, a product of ISNTC Cadet Class of 1998 and presently holding a Career Developer position in the HRCD. To survive these challenges, one must adopt and grow and must master the virtue of teamwork and unity.

Diplomas were distributed by Mr. Giovanni Tuapin and assisted by Capt. Robert De Jose, ISNTC Training Director.  Special awards were also given to deserving cadets.  Leadership award was given to D/CT Rean Gelle Hidalgo.
