TESDA Circular No. 45, series of 2007, otherwise known as the Omnibus Guidelines of Program Registration under the Unified TVET Program Registration and Accreditation (UTPRAS) states that conduct of compliance audit by TESDA shall be undertaken one (1) year after program registration and validation of compliance shall be done yearly thereafter.

Last 23 October 2012, the Technical Education & Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Audit Team composed of Ms. Angelina M. Carreon (Audit Team Leader), Capt. Rodolfo A. Aspillaga (Expert-Quality System), Engr. Romfil Morata (Expert-Quality System), Ms. Rosita C. Oliveros (TESDA Regional Office Representation) and Mr. Ronie U. Oracion (TESDA Manila District Representative) had visited ISNTC for an inspection of the latter’s continuous compliance to the former’s requirements for program accreditation.

ISNTC’s Training System was assessed based on the standards set by TESDA with regards to the delivery and implementation of the training programs.  An on-site examination of facilities, tool, equipment, materials and consumables was carried out.  Similarly, corporate and administrative documents were validated.

At the end of the six (6) hours audit, it was noted that ISNTC complies in general with the standards set and that no critical non-conformity had been found.
