- Preferably female


- Preferably with teaching experience


- Preferably with NC II or AM1/TM1 certificate (TESDA)


- Preferably with certificate holder from culinary institution


- Conversant with English language


- Computer literate at least with Microsoft Words and Excel application


- Knowledge in Cooking of International Cuisine
-Delivers the course to the trainees in accordance to the syllabus.

- Reviewing and checking teaching aids and materials for each training course

-In-charge of document control in his area of responsibility

-Contributes in the development of course programs

-In-charge of budgeting, requisitions and preparation of cash advances for the cook and steward training.

-Prepare and submit liquidation of the requested budget.

-In the absence of the Catering Section Head, he will conduct the Food and Hygiene Course and Steward Course.

-Assess and encode the evaluation of cooks and steward applicants.

-Perform other related duties as assigned

-Uphold the corporate culture and core values and serve as its role model.

-Support all efforts in the implementation of the company’s Quality Management System.
