MAST Website and Courses Access

 

The webpage is the so called CMS

(Content Management System) it is like a showroom for MAST and you can compare it to a campus of a university. A place where students can meet, talk and share news.

On this page you will find general information, a forum and a chat.

Furthermore, users will find information about the courses MAST offers on the LMS, the news and information about the MAST members.

You should be registered to use all functions and features of the Webpage.

A. ONE-TIME WEBSITE REGISTRATION

1. Register for an account by visiting on the MAST website (http://www.mast-edu.eu).
2. Click "REGISTER" button to start creating an account.
3. Fill up the sign-up form.
4. Click on “Register” button to complete the registration process.

You have completed the online account registration! You may now proceed on the login procedure to access other features of the website.

 

B. MAST WEBSITE FEATURES

1. Enter your username and password.
2. Click on the login button.

 

LMS = E-LEARNING TOOL (KP)

To start the e-learning program, click the "QUICK ACCESS" button.

The "Quick Access" is the fastest connection between the webpage and the e-Learning Software.

As long as you did not add your login details for the LMS to your profile you will not be able to use the "Quick Access" button.

To maximize the feature of the QUICK ACCESS, you have to update your profile.

 

Configuring QUICK ACCESS:

Click on the Link called  "Your Profile".

A new window will open. Chose the tab "Edit" and then "Update Your Profile" to edit your profile.

In the next windows go to the tab "Your Courses".

You will find two fields her where you have to enter your username and password for the LMS you got from your company or you have chosen during your registration.

By clicking the "Update" button you confirm your changes.

Note:

After you have added your login details here you can login directly to the LMS by using the "Quick Access" button.

 

IN CASE THE SYSTEM WON’T WORK:

 

MAST LMS – Manual KP Log-in

1. Log-on to www.kp.mast-edu.eu
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click on “Submit” button to continue.
4. You will see courses available for you.
5. Select one from the course categories to access the e-learning program.
6. Select a course to open by clicking the  "Launch Course" button.
7. You are now ready to take the e-learning course.

 

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

Before you can access the MAST LMS, you need to be enrolled.

For enrollment request, kindly look for the following personnel:

• Capt. Teodoro S. Moro – Training Director
• Capt. Rey Evangelista – Head, Research and Development Section

You can also go to the Deck and Engine Sections Heads.

Enrollment request will be forwarded to the Multimedia Development Section (MDC) for the following actions:

• Capt. Antonio Palenzuela – enrollment to the MAST LMS.
• Mr. RJ Navarro – Orientation to the MAST CMS and LMS.
