ISNTC is a non stock, non profit corp. aiming to improve the
knowledge and skills of seamen by enhancing and
supplementing the existing minimum training standard. We
evaluate, train and guide seamen to ensure personal safety,
safe and better-maintained ships, environmental protection
and success in their career.
Our PC based simulator
class is designed for
group, team training and
Instructor control
and Monitoring.
It is comprised of 1 instructor
station and 5
interactive Trainee workstations
which can
be upgraded Up to 12 workstations
and an
LCD Projector as a demonstrational
and
debriefing facility.
One of our ERS trainee
workstation is
integrated with our present
NAVI Trainer
4000 Bridge simulator where
combined
training of engineering
personnel and deck
officers in a single exercise
can be realize
and encourage training
of efficient and well
coordinated cooperation
between engine
room and ship’s bridge
crews.
ERS 4000 meets the requirements
of the
STCW ’95 Convention Code.
The simulator’s
scope of training objectives
corresponds to
the specifications of standard
competence
for engine department personnel
as to
Chapter III of STCW ’95
IMO Model Courses
2.07; 2.08; 7.02; 7.04
and facilitates marine
engineering training at
the operational,
management and support
levels.
